Overview

A key player in Australia’s timber industry engaged AAA Industrial Services to undertake a concrete hardstand and roadway refurbishment project at their Caboolture facility. The primary purpose of the project was to restore the durability, functionality, and safety of critical hardstand areas that had become degraded over time due to heavy industrial use.

The project was designed to meet the clients’ operational needs by enhancing site functionality and providing a robust, low-maintenance surface suitable for heavy machinery and equipment traffic.

The project encompassed:

  • Removal of approximately 1,200m³ of deteriorated material to ensure a stable and level base.

  • Replacement of the concrete hardstand, ensuring it was engineered to meet high-load capacity requirements.

  • Precision cutting and installation of control joints to prevent future cracking and ensure the longevity of the new hardstand.
